RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive service and retail sales growth
- Increase revenue through effective sales strategies
- Effectively communicate and problem solve
- Uphold salon standards and ensure customer satisfaction
- Greet all clients and manage the check-in process
- Perform daily duties and manage staff responsibilities
- Maintain balance throughout the day and oversee salon operations
- Utilize phone skills for upselling services, rebooking, and closing sales
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience as a Salon Manager
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain salon standards and ensure customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with phone skills, upselling, and closing sales
