Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a full-time Machine Operator to join our team in Baden, PA! As a Machine Operator you will set up, operate, and monitor machinery safely and efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met.
Schedule & Pay:
- $21-$22+ per hour (offer dependent on experience, scrap metal is a plus)
- Full-time
- Alternating Saturday’s, 8 am-1 pm
- Off on major holidays and Sundays
- Sick time after 90 days probation
- PTO after 1 year
Qualifications:
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, twist, reach, climb and bend.
- Must have at least 1 Year experience with crane or excavator.
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Scrap metal experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Mostly excavator with shear attachment use, but also must be capable of safely loading and unloading vehicles with the crane.
- Awareness of surroundings to prevent any potential accidents with other equipment, vehicles or pedestrians.
- Complete daily Inspection Sheet of equipment, prior to operation. Report any equipment issues.
- Forklift and skid operation and light labor involved in the position
