Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience and demonstrated success in a similar or related position in a high volume dining environment ONLY. The position requires open availability and strong leadership skills.
Assumes responsibility with the other managers for the quality of the guest’s dining experience and the safe and profitable functioning of the restaurant and bar
Helping to make sure that all schedules are done following the budget and ensuring the best coverage for guest satisfaction
Committed to operating within the means of the budget provided
Works with the other managers and staff to assure quality in food product
Assists ensure that all purchasing is done for the best quality products per specification and from approved vendors. Assumes responsibility that all receiving is physically accounted for at the quoted price
Coaches team members to follow job descriptions, and operating policies and procedures
Helps to ensure that staff training and development is performed correctly and thoroughly to ensure minimal staff turnover
Is trained and able to train staff in all POS functions and all associated software
Discusses weekly goals with management and helps to ensure their completion while accomplishing their own goals determined by the general manager and owners
Responsible for daily manager’s report and other guidelines for effective and efficient shift management
Assists with maintaining manager’s agenda and opening and closing checklists for FOH
Works with the kitchen manager/chef and other managers in designing strategies for menu specials relating to food costs, budget, and variances
Helping to provide oversight of the bar program, including bar inventory, procedures, staff, and maintaining compliance with all applicable TABC laws and policies
Helping to ensure that all marketing strategies are planned and executed efficiently and on time
Sharing responsibility for operating the property following all state and local laws and ordinances
Operate ethically and responsibly to protect the integrity of the company and the well-being of the work environment

Pay: $36,196.00 - $68,624.00 per year
- 1-2 Years Experience in Business Administration Roles
