Opportunities available:


As an HR/ Learning and Development intern at Cache Rd. Chick-fil-A, you will be placed in one of the following teams:


Recruiting and Onboarding


Training and Leadership Development 

Culture Building 


  • Participate in key activities such as recruiting and hiring top talent, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Gain field experience with real-time data feedback and results.
  • Learn and implement training with our advanced learning management system.
  • Learn and practice the Learning and Development framework to build a structure for training activities.
  • Partner with our Talent Executive Officer to execute training collateral for team member training.
  • Ensure training that delivers results and meets goals.
  • Assist in the implementation and execution of Chick-fil-A standards.  



What you need:

  • Currently working on completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent, we will only consider students who plan to be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the summer.
  • A cumulative 3.0 GPA or above must occur at the hire date.
  • Must be a permanent resident of the U.S. or a U.S. citizen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment within brand standards
  • Proficient in basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint/Keynote, Google Suite
  • Proven leadership and business acumen skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Care about our brand.
