Talent, Associate Director

Full Time
Rate of pay$22 per hour

The role of the Sales and Brand Growth Director is to assist in building and maintaining a community presence that creates long term sales growth. This role has two primary objectives. First, build and maintain strategic partnerships in the community. Second, drive sales through local events, catering, and social media management.

  • You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills.
  • Reliable transportation with a current driver's license is required
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Be available to work any time including Saturdays- time off can be given for special requests
  • Have at least one-year previous restaurant management or leadership experience is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project and time management skills 


  • 25-30 hours a week in operations 
  • 10-15 hours of administrative time dedicated recruitment and retention
  • 40 hour work weeks
