ROVER OAKS PET RESORT is the premier pet resort in Houston and Katy for boarding, training, daycare and grooming. Our Houston location near NRG Stadium is seeking Pet Care Supervisors to join our outstanding team and provide exceptional care for the dogs and cats boarding with us. We have openings for both full and part-time applicants This position will require working weekends and holidays. We hope you apply!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure each pet is treated with respect and dignity
• Oversee and assign the daily duties of the Pet Care Technicians
• Feed and medicate boarding pets
• Process arrival and departure of pet guests
• Speak to clients about their pets’ stay, behavior, and health
• Investigate and document any changes in pet behavior or demeanor, alert Pet Care Manager as needed
• Follow all standards of safety with regards to handling pets
• Document pet behaviors and health issues
• Perform the duties of the Pet Care Technician as needed
• Ensure pets feel at home and loved by providing attention and cuddles whenever possible
