Customer Service Representative

Rate of pay$12 - 14 per hour

The Pet Ranch Pet Resort is expanding its team of enthusiastic pet enthusiasts.

The ideal candidate showcases and reinforces the utmost level of pet care and customer service. Position duties encompass welcoming clients, phone calls, billing, pet profile management, scheduling, and guided facility tours. This role also encompasses general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, data entry, and any other assigned responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products
  • Competence in email, phone, and text communication
  • Proficient in clear, articulate, and professional verbal and written communication

Qualifications:

  • A passion for pet care and customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to assigned duties
  • Collaboration skills for effective team work
  • Demonstrates excellent time and task management
  • Displays professionalism and courtesy when interacting with the resort team and clients

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • Ability to move around the resort for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day)
  • Capable of lifting and moving objects weighing up to 40 lbs
  • Proficiency in understanding and responding to team members' and guests' requests in a noisy environment
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to care for dogs and cats, assist customers, and maintain the resort
