Senior Customer Success Manager

Popular Pays is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to oversee strategic accounts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of agile advertising campaigns and customer engagement through Popular Pays technology. You will also be working closely with with sales team on upsell and renewal opportunities, ultimately driving high customer retention and satisfaction

Responsibilities:

  • Popular Pays internal team lead for assigned accounts 
  • Expected to collaborate across departments - from product management to sales organization-  to maximize experience of customer at every stage of the lifecycle acting as the voice of the customer.
  • Responsible for account growth and retention through strong relationship building and a keen attention to the needs of your customers 
  • Execute weekly check-ins via email or video call to ensure satisfaction of customer's campaigns 
  • Plan and execute quarterly business reviews to develop business strategy that leads to customer retention & renewal 
  • Drive revenue through consultative, solution based selling on existing business



Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of enterprise account management 
  • A track record of retaining strategic accounts and history of  high customer satisfaction feedback & scores
  • Ability to work autonomously to manage strategic accounts
  • Skilled at scaling yourself with strong processes and efficient day-to-day management style.
  • Strong data and reporting skills including familiarity with Asana and Salesforce to track customer activities and progress
  • General understanding of subscription business models and advertising landscape
