Key Responsibilities:
- Builds growing applicant sources by researching and contacting HHA’s/PCA’s graduate programs, medical societies, and other local professional groups for recruitment in the Nassau County area
- Recruits and attracts applicants discussing Rockaway Home Care opportunities emphasizing company goals
- Provides updated organizational information, describes opportunities and benefits; makes presentations; and maintains to attract and retain talent
- Understands and acts upon recruitment requirements by meeting and regularly communicating with leadership to fully understand and act upon Rockaway Home Care requirements and needs, evaluates candidate qualifications and availability
Requirements:
- Current, valid Driver's License
- Bilingual required/ Multilingual preferred
- Recruitment/Sales experience preferred
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English (Reading and Writing)
