Workstream helps businesses like Jamba, Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, Dunkin', Applebee's, Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, and more to hire faster with texting / SMS, cutting in half the time to engage, hire and onboard hourly workers, saving you over 10s of hours every week and hiring the right talent faster. We do this by engaging hourly candidates with texting, posting to over 100+ job sites like Indeed, Craigslist, ZipRecruiter, scheduling efficiently via mobile workflows, and seamless onboarding via online signing and more via text.
We are a rapidly growing company with a team of over 10+ experienced senior software engineers that is looking for our first US and Bay Area based software engineer to help us rapidly grow in the coming months. You should be a full stack engineer who is passionate about helping customers and working closely with customers to learn about their pain points and gaps, and solve for the challenges the local businesses and deskless workers face. Today, we work with hundreds of customers from Chick-fil-A, Jimmy John's, Wingstop, Jamba, IHOP, and more we are helping them to re-open and to re-hire fast.

0. Proficient in Ruby and Rails.
