Set Up Hiring

Welcome to Workstream Hiring! This page will guide you in setting up your new ATS, Workstream Hiring.

Let's get started! Review the steps below to ensure you're doing everything necessary to begin receiving applicants and making new hires. Think of it as a checklist.

Step 1: Confirm account details (15 mins)

The first step to setting up Hiring is confirming your account details. This includes brand information, location information, departments, roles, and permissions, as well as adding other users using Workstream. Each item below is linked to a quick tutorial video:

Step 2: Confirm Position Templates & Hiring Processes (15 mins)

This step is to finalize the positions and hiring processes to start hiring. We have generic templates in place that are great starting points. Remember, simplicity is key!

Step 3: Publish Positions (15 mins)

Once your account information and templates are ready, it's time to create the positions and publish them on the free job boards. Remember to take down all previous job postings before publishing them on Workstream. It's also best practice to have everyone complete the User Set Up Checklist before you publish your positions. It takes 15-30 minutes.
