What does career growth look like at Chick-fil-A?
Our Owner/Operator started as a team member and now has two Chick-fil-A restaurants of his own. He is passionate about leadership growth and loves to launch restaurant leaders into operating their own Chick-fil-A restaurants or into the career of their dreams! We only promote from within, so once a team member expresses an interest in growing, we assign a mentor to give them feedback and help them develop their leadership skills.
