The Skinny Pancake is now looking to hire a Kitchen Manager at our Albany location. This is a full-time position, with kitchen and management experience required.

Our location Kitchen Managers are vital members of the leadership team of The Skinny Pancake, working with support from the General Manager and Executive Chef. We respect and value our employee's time, encouraging a healthy work/life balance. Demands don't typically exceed 45 hours a week.

Our ideal Kitchen Manager is kind-hearted, patient, able to stay calm under pressure, and passionate about putting out high-quality food in both slower periods and when it’s as busy as can be. A cool head is essential for providing good leadership for the BOH team and creating a sustainable working environment.
