Workstream helps businesses like Jamba, Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, Dunkin', Applebee's, Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, and more to hire faster with texting / SMS, cutting in half the time to engage, hire and onboard hourly workers, saving you over 10s of hours every week and hiring the right talent faster. We do this by engaging hourly candidates with texting, posting to over 100+ job sites like Indeed, Craigslist, ZipRecruiter, scheduling efficiently via mobile workflows, and seamless onboarding via online signing and more via text.

 

About the Role:

Join Workstream as the first full-time, full-cycle recruiter! Beyond helping us scale by hiring the talent Workstream needs to grow, the Recruiting Lead will also build out best-in-class recruiting processes for the entire organization to get better, and more efficient at hiring.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process to ensure a seamless, consistent and incredibly positive candidate experience
  • Create scalable processes that meets the needs of our growing company
  • Act as an internal talent consultant by partnering with hiring managers to understand positions and team needs; develop sourcing strategy for current and future needs accordingly
  • Negotiate offers by partnering with relevant stakeholders and working cross-functionally with People Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.
  • Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements
  • Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues
  • Build strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates
  • Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research
  • Stay on top of, and educate the team on recruiting best practices, market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools
  • Build diverse and inclusive teams

What we are looking for:

  • 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for a tech company
  • Ability to own 10 high volume jobs in multiple locations and proven track record of success building teams
  • Able to design and implement processes, optimizing for the most efficient workflow, and automating to reduce manual work where possible
  • A strong communicator who is able to manage disparate stakeholders
  • Operate with an incredible sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail
  • Has built and maintained a broad network of professional relationships
  • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks, etc.)
  • High integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Nice-to-have’s:

  • Has implemented ATS’s in the past
  • Have a technical background or understanding of technical recruiting
