Quality Assurance Engineer

Workstream helps businesses like Jamba, Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, Dunkin', Applebee's, Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, and more to hire faster with texting / SMS, cutting in half the time to engage, hire and onboard hourly workers, saving you over 10s of hours every week and hiring the right talent faster. We do this by engaging hourly candidates with texting, posting to over 100+ job sites like Indeed, Craigslist, ZipRecruiter, scheduling efficiently via mobile workflows, and seamless onboarding via online signing and more via text.




Requirements:


1. Only Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Residents need apply

2. Have 5+ years experience in testing domain
3. Skilled in different kinds of testing of internet product as well as test case design methodology

4. Familiar with the Agile testing process and know well about the customer issue triage process

5. Familiar with at least one programming language, Ruby, JS is favorite.

6. Familiar with Web API, and some automation API framework

7. Familiar with BDD and Regression test framework, such as Taiko, Gauge, and Selenium

8. Have knowledge of DevOps tools configuration and usage, such as Jenkins, Docker, etc

9. Be good at English oral and writing in communication



Responsibility:


1. Work closely with PM, Dev, UX to discuss the feature, involved to do feature release plan and test design

2. Be responsible to do functional testing, API testing for the feature release, and follow the testing process to do bug reporting and analysis

3. Involved in all the phases of the development cycle to guarantee the product quality

4. Work closely with Customer Success/Support to handle customer issues, also work with dev to do root cause analysis of the issue

5. Need to communicate and collaborate with PM, Dev and UX closely to release a high quality of product.

6. Take part in the testing tools and platform design and development, improve the quality assurance mechanism.
