Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $17 - $20 per hour
- Bonus pay and supplemental pay

- Potential annual earnings of $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 with overtime and bonuses

WHAT WE REQUIRE:
Mandatory:
- A humble spirit, a hungry drive, and people-smart attitude
- A minimum of 3+ years experience in the construction industry
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Capability to lift 80lbs or more and unrestricted lifting ability
- Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces
Preferred:
- Prior residential construction experience
- Willingness to work overtime, if required
