As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll serve guests at the front counter, in the drive-thru, and throughout the dining room. You’ll help provide welcoming service, accurate orders, and a clean restaurant while keeping things moving during busy periods.
No restaurant experience? We’ll teach you. Bring a willingness to learn, follow through on your responsibilities, and treat people with care.
Available Shifts
We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, with primary hiring needs for:
- Day shift: Opening–2:00 PM
- Evening shift: 2:00 PM–closing
- Midday shifts: Limited opportunities for flexible start and end times, depending on business needs.
Please include your consistent availability when applying. Scheduling depends on your availability and the restaurant’s staffing needs. We are closed on Sundays.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with friendly, attentive service.
- Take orders accurately using registers and handheld ordering devices.
- Process cash and electronic payments responsibly.
- Prepare beverages and desserts according to Chick-fil-A standards.
- Assemble, check, and deliver orders accurately.
- Work front counter and drive-thru positions, including outdoor assignments.
- Keep the dining room, restrooms, workstations, and service areas clean and stocked.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, uniform, and workplace safety standards.
- Communicate with kitchen Team Members and leaders to keep service running smoothly.
- Respond respectfully to guest questions and bring concerns to a leader when needed.
- Complete opening, closing, and other assigned restaurant duties.

Work Experience and Education
- No previous restaurant or customer service experience is required; training is provided.
- Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is helpful.
- No diploma or degree is required.
- First-time job seekers and experienced applicants are welcome.
Work Environment
This is an active role involving extended periods of standing and walking, cleaning, stocking, and carrying restaurant supplies. Some drive-thru assignments involve working outdoors in varying weather conditions, following restaurant safety procedures. Essential job duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
