Job Description
Chick-fil-A Woodruff Road is hiring dependable, service-minded team members for our Parent Shift. With hours from 10 AM to 2 PM, this position offers an opportunity to work while the kids are at school. Parents, caregivers, and anyone available during these hours are welcome to apply.
Opportunities are available in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH). Your placement will be discussed during the interview based on your interests, strengths, and restaurant needs.
Responsibilities
All team members are expected to arrive on time, work cooperatively, follow restaurant procedures, and help maintain a clean, safe environment during our busy lunch service.

Front of House responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service.
- Taking orders accurately and processing payments.
- Assembling orders and checking them for accuracy.
- Preparing beverages, sauces, and other order items.
- Keeping the dining room, service areas, and supplies clean and stocked.
Back of House responsibilities may include:
- Preparing and cooking food according to Chick-fil-A quality and food safety standards.
- Assembling menu items accurately and efficiently.
- Following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and maintaining organized workstations.
- Communicating with teammates to keep orders moving during peak periods.
Work Experience and Education
- No previous restaurant experience is required; training is provided.
- Experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or customer service is helpful.
- No specific degree or formal education is required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Consistent availability from 10 AM to 2 PM.
