Responsibilities
- Assist in daily restaurantoperations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Support the General Manager in team leadership and staff development
- Maintain high standards of food quality and ensure excellent guest service
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Learn all aspects of running a profitable restaurant
Qualifications
- Assistant Manager or Shift Leader restaurantexperience required
- Positive attitude and strong workethic
- Ability to lead a team andcommunicate effectively
- Desire to grow into a GeneralManager role
- Open availability including weekends and some evenings
