Position Details
- Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
- Flexible scheduling for day and/or night shifts
- Available shifts:
Opening: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Mid: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Closing: 2:00 PM – Close or 4:00 PM – Close
- Must be 16 years or older
- Seasonal positions not available at this time
Cook Requirements:
- Dependable, consistent, and detail-oriented team members
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Ability to lift and carry 15–50 lbs as needed
- Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred, but not required—we train the right people
Cook Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and assemble Chick-fil-A menu items efficiently and accurately
- Follow all recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety in the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with leaders and teammates during peak business times
- Complete assigned tasks with urgency and attention to detail
- Stay trained and up to date on new menu items and procedures
- Identify and report equipment or maintenance issues promptly
