European Wax Center is looking for an outgoing, dependable, and sales-minded Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team.
Our centers are locally owned and operated by a hands-on female entrepreneur with more than 17 years of experience in the beauty industry. We’ve built our business around great people, strong teams, and an exceptional guest experience.
For us, the front desk is about much more than checking guests in and answering phones. It’s hospitality. You set the tone from the moment a guest walks through the door until the moment they leave.
We’re looking for someone who notices the little things, remembers a guest’s name, makes people feel comfortable and cared for, and understands that a great guest experience can turn a first-time visitor into a longtime guest.

The Role
As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you’re the host of our center.
You’ll welcome guests, anticipate their needs, keep the center running smoothly, and make sure each person leaves feeling better than when they arrived.
You'll also play an important role in the success of the business by educating guests about Wax Passes, recommending products, rebooking appointments, and working toward individual and team sales goals.
Hospitality and sales go hand-in-hand here. We don't believe in pushy sales. We believe in getting to know our guests, understanding what they need, and confidently recommending products and services that make their experience even better.
What You'll Do
- Greet every guest warmly and create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere
- Get to know our guests and build genuine relationships
- Check guests in and out efficiently while still making the interaction feel personal
- Anticipate guest needs and look for opportunities to make their visit easier or more enjoyable
- Educate guests about Wax Passes and recommend options based on their waxing routine
- Recommend EWC products and explain how they can improve results between visits
- Rebook guests and help them maintain a consistent waxing routine
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Schedule and manage reservations accurately
- Answer phones with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Create new guest profiles and explain center policies
- Protect confidential guest information
- Handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Communicate guest or team concerns to the Center Manager
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting center
- Jump in and help your teammates when things get busy

Schedule & Availability

Our busiest times are often when our guests are off work and school, which means evening and weekend availability is an important part of this position.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have strong evening availability, including Saturday evenings.
Typical shifts are:
- Monday–Saturday AM: 8:00 AM–2:30 PM
- Monday–Saturday PM: 2:00 PM–8:30 PM
- Sunday AM: 9:30 AM–2:30 PM
- Sunday PM: 2:00 PM–6:30 PM
Saturday PM availability (2:00–8:30 PM) is especially important for this opening.
If you're only available Monday–Friday during daytime hours, this likely won't be the right fit. If you're looking for a schedule that includes evenings and weekends, we'd love to hear from you.
Reliable transportation is required.
Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of sales, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Experience in a hospitality-focused environment is a plus, but a genuine hospitality mindset is more important to us than where you've worked before
