Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled, dependable, and fast-moving cook to join our night crew at West Texas Wings. This is a full-time, back-of-house position for someone with intense high-volume experience and the discipline to work late-night closing shifts.
Requirements:
- Must be available 5 PM – 1 AM for all scheduled shifts
- Must have experience in high-volume kitchens
- Full-time availability (40 hrs/week)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stay calm and focused during rushes
- Able to follow food safety procedures and company standards
- Team-first mindset and strong personal accountability
