We're seeking a passionate Catering Manager who wants to lead our catering operations while driving sales growth and operational excellence. This isn't just a management position — it's your opportunity to build relationships, ensure exceptional food quality and safety, and create memorable experiences for every catered event.


Why This Role Matters:

As a Catering Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our catering operations, from order preparation to delivery and customer follow-up. Through your leadership and attention to detail, you'll ensure every catered event reflects the quality and hospitality that makes Chick-fil-A exceptional, while driving sales growth and building lasting customer relationships.


What Success Looks Like:


•       Achieve Food Safety goal of 1

•       Maintain QIV Visit average of 98% for the year

•       Achieve Food Cost positive gap of less than 0.75%

•       Ensure 100% on-time delivery for all catering orders

•       Coordinate with BOH to complete orders on schedule

•       Drive Outside Sales to $200,000 annually

•       Complete all catering order preparation the day before delivery


Key Responsibilities:


Leadership: Execute the vision, mission, and values while managing all catering operations, including school orders, inventory, and

team accountability. Conduct weekly meetings with the Executive Director and ensure on-time deliveries. Maintain the catering vehicle to professional

standards.


Integrity: Provide daily feedback and coaching to the team, uphold all food safety protocols, and consistently execute the vision and

core values in every interaction and decision.


Growth: Re-certify on Pathway annually, manage catering spreadsheet to retain customers through systematic follow-up after

each order, and partner with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute sales

growth strategies.


Hospitality: Deliver excellent guest service for every catering delivery and work with BOH to maintain consistent cleanliness

standards that reflect our commitment to quality.


Trust: Proactively communicate with leadership about upcoming catering orders, plans, and potential issues. Keep the Executive Operations Director informed before challenges arise. Stay actively engaged in daily operations and complete month-end inventory.
