Why This Role Matters:

As a Hospitality Team Leader, you'll ensure all front operations run smoothly while overseeing hospitality, speed of service, accuracy, and food safety on the front line. Through your leadership, you'll help transform everyday dining into extraordinary experiences.


What Success Looks Like:

• Maintain speed of service under four minutes

• Achieve CEM Accuracy score of 95% and 65% in Taste, Speed, Cleanliness, Attentiveness and Courtesy

• Ensure zero discrepancies in change fund management

• Perform daily Hospitality Audits

• Work with Managers to maintain Labor Benchmark of $95 or higher

• Keep Food Cost positive gap under 0.75%

• Complete all required documentation and checklists with 100% accuracy


Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Delegate tasks appropriately, hold team members accountable, and ensure efficient completion of opening, transition, and closing procedures

• Influence: Lead by example, keep team productive, and maximize each team member's strengths

• Growth: Communicate clear expectations and provide constructive feedback to team members

• Hospitality: Manage breaks efficiently, ensure proper staffing positions, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas

• Trust: Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, follow food safety protocols, and remain present on the front line to oversee operations
