We're seeking passionate Kitchen Team Leaders who want to drive operational excellence while developing crucial leadership skills. Why This Role Matters:

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you'll ensure all back-of-house operations run smoothly while overseeing food safety, quality, speed of service, and accuracy. Through your leadership, you'll help create the exceptional food quality that makes every Chick-fil-A experience memorable.


What Success Looks Like:

  • Maintain speed of service under 4.00 minutes
  • Achieve Customer Experience scores in Overall Satisfaction, Cleanliness, Speed, and Taste
  • Complete all Food Safety Audits with 100% compliance
  • Execute all Daily Critical and eRQA requirements with full completion
  • Work with Managers and Directors to meet monthly labor goals
  • Complete all BOH checklists with 100% accuracy
  • Maintain consistent training, coaching, and accountability standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Execute the vision, mission, and values while ensuring team members are always in appropriate positions and running efficient shifts
  • Integrity: Maintain productivity throughout shifts, ensure all CFA procedures and recipes are followed, and serve as an example for your team while upholding all food safety protocols
  • Growth: Complete pre-opening and pre-close procedures, maintain presence on the kitchen floor, maximize team member strengths, and conduct regular one-on-one meetings to discuss performance and opportunities
  • Hospitality: Communicate hiring needs to leadership, manage inventory and cleanliness with the BOH manager, and ensure proper waste management and organization
  • Trust: Work with trainers to identify coaching opportunities, understand disciplinary procedures, and ensure all corrections from checklists and Daily Critical are completed

  • We prefer you to have 3 years of restaurant leadership experience.
