Immediate Opening: Night Office Associate at IGA (We offer competitive pay)

This job offers a flexible schedule of evenings from 2:00 - 9:00 pm.

Responsibilities:
- Create a "wow" front-end experience in the store
- Assist associates in creating an overwhelmingly helpful front-end staff
- Provide "Superior Guest Service" when assisting all guests
- Communicate any front-end incompetencies to store bookkeeper/store manager
- Guide cashiers in prioritizing their job responsibilities
- Maintain quick and efficient check-out procedures
- Ensure front of store cleanliness
- Balance cash drawers
- Provide service at desk for lottery, money orders, returns, etc.
- Effectively resolve complaints
- Ensure front-end associates are in proper dress code
- Promote teamwork between front-end associates and management
- Maintain proper functioning of front-end equipment
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Experience with POS systems and cash registers
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- Physical ability to carry, push, pull, bend, squat, climb, and lift objects overhead
- Tolerance for temperature differentials
