Our Shift Leaders are responsible for the successful execution of the shift. They lead Team Members and Team Leaders, make decisions about positioning and deployment, coach performance in the moment, and ensure our standards are consistently met.
What You'll Do
As a Shift Leader, you will:
- Lead and take ownership of the overall success of your shift
- Place Team Members in positions based on strengths, experience, development opportunities, and business needs
- Set clear expectations and keep the team focused, productive, and guest-centered
- Coach, encourage, and develop Team Members
- Recognize great performance and provide accountability when expectations aren't met
- Make operational decisions and adjust people and resources as business needs change
- Help ensure we consistently deliver Great Food, Fast & Accurate Service, Remarkable Hospitality, and a Clean & Safe Environment
- Handle guest concerns and help resolve issues
- Maintain strong communication between Front of House and Back of House
- Communicate attendance, performance, and operational concerns to the appropriate leader
- Complete an effective shift handoff and set the next leader up for success

Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience. Shift Leaders must average at least 20 hours per week and be available to work 2 opens or 2 closes per week.

Scheduling & Availability
We employ people in many different seasons of life — including high school and college students, parents, working adults, and retirees — and offer a variety of scheduling opportunities.
Our operating shifts range from 5:30 a.m. openings to 11:30 p.m. closings, with daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities available.

Competitive Wages
Pay: $17.25–$20.25/hour
Looking for our highest earning opportunities? Adult Team Members with full-time availability who can consistently support opening and/or closing shifts at least two days per week may qualify for our highest starting rates.
