Required Availability

  • Must be able to work one or more of the following shifts: 6am-2pm, 11am-8pm, or 5pm-10:30pm.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week.
  • Must be able to work Monday-Saturday.
  • Must be able to work in a year-round capacity. No summer/seasonal positions are available.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to work outside, in our Drive Thru or running curbside orders, in adverse weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.) with provided, proper weather attire.
  • Must be willing and able to obtain Food Handler Certification and complete a Defensive Driving Course within 14 days of start date. 
  • Must be friendly, outgoing, professional, and team-oriented. 
  • Must be able to lift and carry 35 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Flexibility and open availability between 6am and 10:30pm is a plus.
  • Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and at least 6 months of safe driving experience preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Make every guest interaction memorable and remarkable by delivering exceptional, accurate, and efficient service while applying the Core 4 and executing our Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy in every interaction.
  • Serve guests in various positions throughout the restaurant, including Dining Room, Front Counter/Register, Drinks, Desserts, Drive Thru Window, and iPOS (outside in the drive-thru taking orders via iPad).
  • Deliver meals to guests at their table or to our designated pick-up area, and provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness of your work area, as well as the dining room, parking lot, restrooms, and playground.
  • Stock sauces, cups, lids, and other supplies as needed throughout your shift.
  • Assist with opening or closing responsibilities as scheduled.

Education & Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.

  • $13 - $15/hour, depending on availability, role, and experience
