Customer Service Representative


Main Responsibilities of a Sales Associate for the floor

  • The primary responsibility for all positions with Red Lodge Ace is to Amaze Every Customer Every Time and uphold the Core Values as determined by the management team. Floor associates are responsible for engaging the customer, determining their needs and projecting requirements

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative

  • help unload incoming trucks and put away merchandise
  • maintain your assigned department: Keep Clean, organized and fully stocked.
  • Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by the store management. Move with a sense of urgency while paying attention to the details.
  • remove promotional bin tags from displays, and price tags as required following sales events, flyers, etc.
  • restock merchandise displays as needed
  • handle special orders for all non-stock items.
  • watch for shoplifters and take action
  • provide the best possible experience for Every Customer, Every Time!
  • Demonstrate the W.O.W process


Customer Service Representative Job Requirements

  • Always polite and attentive to customers.
  • Promote Ace rewards program to all customers
  • Always wear radio and headset, to effectively communicate with other associates
  • Respond to customer coordinator questions as needed
  • Assist customers with large or heavy items as needed
  • Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • organizational skills
  • Willing to learn all areas of the store.
  • Team Player
  • Availability must be flexible including evenings, weekends and holidays
