Outcomes (What You Must Get Done)
To succeed in this role, the Team Member must consistently accomplish the following:
- Achieve 95%+ order accuracy on all guest transactions during assigned shifts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation (front or back of house) throughout all shifts
- Consistently receive positive guest feedback or zero guest complaints during assigned hours
- Demonstrate 100% compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures
- Arrive on time and ready to work for 95%+ of scheduled shifts per month
- Support teammates and leaders proactively by anticipating needs and offering assistance
- Complete all assigned training modules and demonstrate role competency within 30 days of hire
