Mission
To lead the front-line team by creating a culture of excellence through strong communication, guest focus, and operational execution—ensuring smooth shifts, empowered team members, and consistently high guest satisfaction.
Outcomes
- Execute daily shift plans with clarity, urgency, and team alignment—ensuring all roles are filled and systems are followed.
- Maintain Speed of Service under 3:30 and order accuracy > 99% during assigned shifts.
- Conduct 2 team member check-ins per week, offering real-time coaching, encouragement, and feedback.
- Achieve 90%+ team member satisfaction on anonymous monthly zone surveys.
- Drive consistent cleanliness and food safety excellence, with 100% completion of all shift checklists and immediate escalation of any issues.
- Model high standards of hospitality, personally engaging with at least 10 guests per shift.
- Partner with Directors to identify and elevate at least 1 emerging leader quarterly.
- Ensure team compliance with CFA One guest sign-ups, digital upselling, and zone-specific promotions.
