Mission
To lead the organization by casting vision, developing leaders, and driving operational and cultural excellence to deliver exceptional guest experiences and sustainable business growth.
Outcomes: KPI’s
- Achieve Top 20% ranking in all key CEMs by the end of 2027.
- Maintain average Speed of Service (SOS) under 3:30 within the first year.
- Ensure Food Safety Score of 1 consistently; Guardian of the Brand.
- Attain 100% completion on all QIV visits and maintain 95%+ on Smart Shop scores.
- Keep Food Cost gap under 0.75% through team training, waste control, and operational excellence.
- Achieve and maintain CFA One sales mix over 40% through digital engagement strategies.
- Lead a culture of excellence that reduces turnover and develops at least 2 leaders annually prepared for higher-level roles or LDP.
