Team Member Responsibilities:

Front-of-House (FOH) Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service (eye contact, enthusiasm, professionalism)
- Build positive guest connections
- Provide fast, accurate, friendly service
- Represent restaurant vision and values in all guest interactions
Back-of-House (BOH) Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble food to Chick-fil-A standards
- Operate all kitchen stations
- Stock and maintain kitchen readiness
- Ensure food safety and equipment safety compliance
- Monitor kitchen operations and report issues
