Front of House & Back of House Leadership

Chick-fil-A Gretna is hiring full-time managers to lead our restaurant team as we prepare for an exciting new season of growth and grand opening ahead.

Our leaders are responsible for the daily success of either our Front of House (guest experience) or Back of House (kitchen excellence) operations. These leaders set the tone, coach team members, and ensure every guest receives the safe, clean, and remarkable experience Chick-fil-A is known for.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Full-time, flexible availability
  • Experience in leadership, management, or restaurant operations preferred
  • Strong commitment to the Three A’s:

  • Attitude – Positive, respectful, team-first mindset
  • Appearance – Clean, neat, and professional
  • Team-oriented and dependable
  • Enjoys working with others and developing people
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods

What You’ll Do as a Manager

Managers lead operations and team members to ensure excellence across the restaurant.

Leadership & Operations

  • Lead team members during shifts in both guest-facing or kitchen environments
  • Drive restaurant goals in speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality
  • Solve problems quickly and calmly
  • Streamline order assembly and delivery processes
  • Ensure proper care and use of restaurant equipment

Food Safety & Cleanliness

  • Maintain high standards of food safety at all times
  • Ensure the restaurant is consistently clean, safe, and organized
  • Dining room, restrooms, front counter, kitchen, parking lot, etc.

Coaching & Development

  • Train, develop, and coach team members
  • Provide structure, accountability, and encouragement
  • Attend and contribute to leadership meetings
  • Participate in team appreciation events and culture-building outings

Guest & Team Support

  • Resolve guest concerns with genuine care
  • Foster a warm and welcoming environment for everyone
