A Day at Metal Supermarkets:
- Collaborate with your team to ensure prompt service for all client requests.
- Conduct guided tours of the warehouse and assist customers with material selection.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and saws to process orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on safety at all times.
- Process all orders by selecting the proper metal, tools and machinery according to the paperwork.
- Receive and process material efficiently and within our tolerance standards.
- Operate the company flatbed delivery truck (Clean driving record & Louisiana Class D license required).
- Respond promptly to order requests and follow up on quotes and deliveries.
- Build trust with customers through open communication and support.
- Identify new sales leads and foster customer relationships.
- Assist in managing stock control and meeting sales targets.
- Ensure timely completion of orders and maintain efficiency in all tasks.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with power tools and fabrication/carpentry.
- Experience with tape measures, squares, hand tools and shop math.
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
