Position Type:

- Usual shifts are scheduled between the hours of 2:00PM - 10:00PM
- Must be available on weekends
Compensation:
- In Highschool - $10 to $11 starting pay
- Highschool Graduate - $13.25 to $14.25 starting pay

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, prep, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable all prep procedures
- Complete tasks independently in a timely manner without the need of excessive supervision
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the prep area neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all daily or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
