Responsibilities:
- Act as Lead Coordinator for all catering orders & ensure 100% on-time/in-full fulfillment
- Confirm all orders with guests 24 hours prior to promised time via phone call
- Ensure Shift Leaders are tracking catering orders each business day
- Prepare all catering order supplies (i.e. assemble box meals, paper goods, gallons, etc.) in advance
- Deliver all catering orders
- Check restaurant email, Catering Management tool, & voicemails daily for any catering order requests
- Work in coordination with the General Manager to identify unique and creative ways to boost catering sales via marketing strategies
- Oversee and execute Alternate Distribution Points (ADP) off-site
Requirements:
- Monday-Saturday availability
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s license with clean driving history (as reported on Background Check)
- Ability to work holidays (when necessary)
- Ability to be flexible if catering needs arise
- Knowledge of Toccoa/Stephens County is highly desired
- Marketing experience is highly desired
