Catering Coordinator

Starting at $13.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Act as Lead Coordinator for all catering orders & ensure 100% on-time/in-full fulfillment
Confirm all orders with guests 24 hours prior to promised time via phone call
Ensure Shift Leaders are tracking catering orders each business day
Prepare all catering order supplies (i.e. assemble box meals, paper goods, gallons, etc.) in advance
Deliver all catering orders
Check restaurant email, Catering Management tool, & voicemails daily for any catering order requests
Work in coordination with the General Manager to identify unique and creative ways to boost catering sales via marketing strategies
Oversee and execute Alternate Distribution Points (ADP) off-site

Requirements:

Monday-Saturday availability
Reliable transportation
Valid Driver’s license with clean driving history (as reported on Background Check)
Ability to work holidays (when necessary)
Ability to be flexible if catering needs arise
Knowledge of Toccoa/Stephens County is highly desired
Marketing experience is highly desired
