Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older

- Must have open availability (open-close/Saturdays)
Our Directors of Operations are responsible for:
- Working side-by-side with your Owner/Operator while overseeing one area of the business including Talent (Recruiting/Hiring), Marketing, Financial Stewardship, and Customer Experience
- Working together with other Directors and Team Members to achieve goals
- Stewarding and owning their respective area of the business while doing the same for others
- Creating and instilling a culture of care and continuous improvement amongst all Team Members
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment at all times
- Having and maintaining a continuous growth mindset
- Coaching the behaviors of all Team Leaders and Team Members
- Ensuring all best practices are in-place while striving to make processes more efficient

As a Director of Operations you will:
- Demonstrate a passion for the business and managing the overall operations

- Adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
