Director of Operations

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must be willing to work Full-Time
  • Must have open availability (open-close/Saturdays)

Our Directors of Operations are responsible for:

  • Working side-by-side with your Owner/Operator while overseeing one area of the business including Talent (Recruiting/Hiring), Marketing, Financial Stewardship, and Customer Experience
  • Working together with other Directors and Team Members to achieve goals
  • Stewarding and owning their respective area of the business while doing the same for others
  • Creating and instilling a culture of care and continuous improvement amongst all Team Members
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment at all times
  • Having and maintaining a continuous growth mindset
  • Coaching the behaviors of all Team Leaders and Team Members
  • Ensuring all best practices are in-place while striving to make processes more efficient

As a Director of Operations you will:

  • Demonstrate a passion for the business and managing the overall operations
  • Coach and develop Team Members on best practices and safe execution of systems
  • Manage daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for all areas of the business
  • Adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities

  • Work at least 35 hours per week in the restaurant with a mix of operational and administrative hours
  • Focus on systematically and effectively communicating all team-related goals and success factors to Team Members
  • Combine critical thinking and practical leadership to create a culture of innovation

  • Intentionally and methodically grow and nurture relationships with the staff
  • Be able to connect with a multicultural team
  • Enthusiastically and passionately lead your respective team

Work schedule
