Ghost Isle Brewery is New Buffalo’s newest, family-owned brewpub. This unique and beautiful establishment will provide a full bar, 10-barrel brewery along with a spectacular wetlands view, fully covered patio, outdoor activities and live entertainment. We are looking for friendly, energetic, hard-working, and fast-paced server(s) to join our team to create a memorable, one-of-kind customer experience for our guests. If you have a passion for craft beer, hospitality, and fresh food, we want to hear from you! We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
What you will be doing:
- Greet and welcome our guests in a timely fashion with a genuinely friendly approach
- Share our knowledge and passion for craft beer and fresh food with our guests
- Educate patrons on seasonal items, craft cocktails, & Ghost Isle beers
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
- Proactively engage the guest when delivering food or beverages
- Collaborate and communicate with management when guest issues arise
- Participate in our “Clean As You Go” policy to ensure high level of cleanliness throughout the entire restaurant - which includes pre-bussing all tables in the establishment
- Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
- Complete any opening, closing, and side-work assigned to you

What we require:
- High school diploma and/or GED
- Strong customer service & interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand on your feet for up to 8+ hours
- Mental capacity to utilize computer POS system
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends & holidays
