Overview:
Nyberg's ACE is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Associate. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping others, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and brings a flexible, can-do attitude. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to be well-rounded across various store tasks, and a willingness to learn, grow, and be a reliable part of our team. Weekend and some evening availability is required.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the store
- Assist customers in finding products and answering basic product questions
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked aisles
- Operate registers (if needed)
- Support overall store operations with various tasks
What We're Looking For:
- Positive, helpful attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn product knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Availability on weekends and some evenings is required
