Requirements:
- Recruiting, training, and leading a team
- Inventory management and ordering
- Budgeting and P&L responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Forecasting and scheduling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Highly Preferred Skills:
- Experience with 3rd party delivery provider systems
- Knowledge of local area marketing and social media promotions
- Comfort with technology and 3rd party applications
- Previous experience in opening new restaurants
- Bar management or craft beer knowledge
