Job Title: Meat Wrapper

JOB SUMMARY
Wrapping fresh cut meat, pricing merchandise, stocking display cases, rotating stock for freshness, maintain clean conditions and service customers to ensure customer requirements are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES

E Provide products and services that are competitively priced, always meet the requirements of internal and
external customers and abide by the Company’s Mission Statement
E Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tables, utensils, floor (to ensure safety) and sanitation regulations are met
E Wrapping meat by wrapping packages with plastic film in manual or automatic wrapper.
E Maintain levels of product in sales cases by inspecting product levels and preparing products for case.
A Unloading and checking in orders by taking product from pallets, and stacking coolers.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Must be 18 years old.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Ability to read and follow recipes/instructions
Verbal and written communicative skills
Basic math skills
