Seeking an experienced Shift Leader/Shit Manager to develop a dedicated team of individuals who deliver great guest experiences and profitable top line sales. The Baskin Robbins Shift Manager is responsible for assisting with the overall operational excellence and maintaining Baskin Robbins standards. Prior experience as an Assistant Manager, Crew Lead, Shift Lead, Supervisor in the food industry is important for the success of this position. Requirements/Responsibilities

Qualifications:
- Shift management: 1 year (Required)
- US work authorization (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Required)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Requirements:
Baskin Robbins Shift Leader/Shift Manager Requirements:
Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available afternoons, evenings and weekends
Must have 1 or more years of experience in a similar role in food industry
Be authorized to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation
Baskin Robbins / Dessert Shop experience is an asset
Must be a fast learner
Ability to direct the work of others
Ability to learn quickly
Effective oral communication skills
Knowledge of the retail environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to build relationships
