Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high customer product and service standards
- Foster a collaborative team environment
- Deliver an exceptional customer and store experience
- Greet and thank every customer with a smile
- Execute quality store operations
- Maintain cleanliness of the store and equipment
- Operate food preparation machinery safely
- Adhere to all food safety and security guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately
Additional Requirements:
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft software
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout your shift
- Mobility in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
