Owning the Talent portion of Chick-fil-A’s Five Critical Success Factors by sourcing top tier talent, engaging in growing a positive and engaged culture, and building systems to ensure that team members are trained in alignment with our Core Values.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a training plan for both FOH and BOH and tracking new team member progress.
- Create Pathway training plans that are executed by new hires at the start of their time here–work with Talent Coordinator on this.
- Connecting and leading trainers to make sure the new hire experience is world class and following Pathway Standards.
- Gather Team Member feedback to identify ways to improve morale and engagement.
- Responsible for the first 30 days of a New Hire’s journey–from hiring to 30 day evaluation.
- Ensure all promotions have proper training (Trainers, Team Leaders, Coordinators)
- Maintain records of recognitions, milestones, and celebrations.
- Holding voting and connecting with Marketing Coordinator to post the Team Member of the Month. Create TMOTM celebration package, within agreed upon budget with the Executive Director and Operator.
- Make and share training schedule with Team by Friday the week prior to training taking place.
- Prepare for Limited Time Offerings a week before launch, including training Team.
- Plan and oversee weekly Pathway retraining for existing talent.
- Conducting all first round interviews.
- Serving as a positive example to all Team Members at all times.

- 5 Shift Leaders in both FOH and BOH
Expectation: Up to 5 hours a week dedicated to talent and planning as needed. Being present in Operations a minimum of 30 hours a week.
