Assistant Store Director – Lead the Team at Chick-fil-A Kahului
Rate of Pay: $23-$27

What does a shift look like at Chick-fil-A as an Assistant Store Director?
As an Assistant Store Director, you'll lead both the Front and Back of House. You lead team members while providing support for Senior Leaders and the Owner. Throughout the shift, you'll coach your team, keep service fast and friendly, and make sure every order is accurate and on time. You'll also keep the restaurant clean, safe, and stocked so operations run smoothly.
Assistant Store Director Responsibilities:
- Always delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality requirements
- Coaching the behaviors of all Leaders and Team Members who work in the Kitchen and Front of House
- Have a hustle that creates surprisingly fast Speed of Service
- Attention to detail that ensures preparation and production procedures are followed
- Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
- Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
- Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of both the Kitchen and Front of House
- Daily assign kitchen or front of house crew to positions and ensure all pickup/delivery orders are made in a timely manner
- Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all Team Members
- Aligning daily practices of the Kitchen and/or Front of House with the Vision of the organization and with the Goals of the organization
- Assist with the tracking and eliminating of food waste
- Responsible for assisting in team building, and coaching members of the Team
- Able to assist with all checklists, truck orders, and produce orders
- Available to lead shifts in the Front of House and Kitchen when needed
- Always delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality requirements
- Set the tone for always displaying positive communication and service to our guests
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven commitment to excellence and genuine care for others.
- Availability Monday-Saturday for full-time (40+ hours/week).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with team members and guests.
- Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong background in food service preferred.
