Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Back of House team during daily operations.
- Prepare line-ups and position team members for optimal performance.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills.
- Ensure smooth and efficient Back of House operations.
- Monitor food quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with Front of House managers for cohesive operations.
- Manage catering orders and ensure proper inventory for shifts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven commitment to excellence and genuine care for others.
- Availability Monday-Saturday for full-time roles (40+ hours/week).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with team members and guests.
- Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be 18 or older with a strong background in food service preferred.
