What You Will Do (Signature Service):
- Create Connections: Greet every guest with a smile, maintain eye contact, and speak enthusiastically.
- Deliver Excellence: Accurately take orders, handle payments, and assemble meals with care.
- Serve with Speed: Multitask thoroughly in a fast-paced environment, both inside the dining room and at our outdoor service points.
- Maintain the Home: Ensure our dining room and service areas stay sparkling clean and well-stocked.
- Honor the Vision: Follow our high standards for food safety, hospitality, and the Chick-fil-A brand.

- Availability Requirements:
- Saturday Availability is REQUIRED for all roles.
- Full-Time: Requires Monday–Saturday availability (average 33+ hours/week).
- Part-Time: Requires availability of at least 4 days per week.
- Shift Options:
- While we are primarily seeking the shifts below, we offer flexibility and can provide shorter shifts to fit your schedule:
- Morning: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Mid-Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Physical Ability: Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs regularly.
