Team Leadership & Development

Hire, train, and develop enthusiastic employees
Communicate clear job expectations and provide constructive feedback
Plan, monitor, and review employee performance with coaching and discipline as needed
Create a positive and collaborative team environment that fosters strong morale and engagement

Operational Excellence & Guest Experience

Maintain a guest-first culture ensuring friendly and efficient service
Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to meet guest service goals
Follow and enforce safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
Execute brand standards and complete audits to drive continuous improvement
Implement marketing promotions and new product rollouts with team training and sampling

Profitability & Business Acumen

Control costs to maximize restaurant profitability
Set and track sales goals to achieve top-line growth
Use financial data and reports to make informed decisions and adjustments
Identify business opportunities and apply innovative solutions

Skills & Qualifications

Fluent in English with strong math and financial management skills
Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be at least 18 years old (where applicable)
