We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Catering Director to lead and grow our catering business for Chick-fil-A Pharr and Chick-fil-A La Plaza & South 10th St. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the catering program from order to execution
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations
- Drive catering sales through outreach, marketing, and follow-up strategies
- Coordinate logistics including order accuracy, preparation, and timely delivery
- Ensure all catering orders meet Chick-fil-A quality and service standards
- Partner with restaurant leadership to align catering operations with daily business needs
- Track and report catering sales performance and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Preferred: Previous experience in catering sales or a related sales/hospitality role
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends
- Must have reliable transportation (for deliveries and client visits, if needed)
